Ben Shatil MD

Dr. Ben was born in Israel and moved to the US when he was 4. He went to college at the University of Miami and medical school at Nova Southeastern University. In 2014, he moved to New York City where he completed his anesthesiology residency and then an Obstetric Anesthesiology fellowship at Columbia University. 13 years of education later, he was finally ready for my first anesthesiologist job out of training and got a job at a large academic hospital in Atlanta, GA. While he loved the medicine, the research, and teaching residents, he was sleep-deprived and overworked. He found reprieve from painting and sculpting in his free time.
