He has a proven track-record of success, having led two previous companies, with the most recent having grown from a $10-million valuation and 12 employees to $500-million enterprise value with more than 400 employees. Before his executive roles, Schacter was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and an accountant at Deloitte.
