A trailblazer in the business of aesthetics, Kozlicki has held executive-level positions in solo practices, small group practices and large-scale national medical spa operations for more than 16 years. Throughout her career, she has been keenly focused on building quality teams, improving financial visibility and accuracy, making operational process improvements and coaching employees.
