Official Rules for Medical Spa Show 2026 Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor: American Med Spa Association LLC, 224 N. Desplaines St., Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60661.

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding territories) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Begins on April 9, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on April 11, 2026 at 3:00 PM PT.

4. How to Enter:

App Entry: Download and login to the Medical Spa Show (AmSpa) 2026 App

2) Open the app and download the MSS26 Event

3) Create your profile or log in name.

4) You must login through the app to enter.

One entry per person.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Submit a 3x5 card with your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth to the American Med Spa Association booth located in the Medical Spa Show 2026 Expo Hall, Cristal Ballroom, Booth 1133, Wynn Las Vegas, 3131 South Las Vegas Blvd, Paradise, Nevada 89109. AMOE entries must be received prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period

One entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries will disqualify all entries from that person.

5. Prizes: Entrants are eligible to win one (1) of six (6) prizes listed below:

· A Registration to the Medical Spa Show 2027 taking place April 15th -18th 2027- approximate retail value $1,495.

· One year of AmSpa Plus membership- approximate retail value $845

· A set of Apple AirPods Pro 3- approximate retail value $250

· A Dyson Airwrap™ Origin multi-styler and dryer- approximate retail value $400

· A Hermés-Paris Uni Bangle- approximate retail value $410

· A Chloé Small Spin Leather Crossbody Tote- approximate retail value $1,500

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal, lesser, or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to remove prizes from the Sweepstakes prior to Winner Selection without substituting an alternate prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: For each of the six Prizes, one (1) winner will be randomly selected following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, from all eligible entries. Winners will be announced in the Medical Spa Show 2026 Expo Hall in the Cristal Ballroom on April 11, 2026 starting 5:45pm . Winner must claim Prize from the AmSpa Booth #1133 in the Expo Hall. If winner does not claim Prize within 10 minutes of announcement an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may need to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

7. Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules. If the sweepstakes is compromised, Sponsor may cancel, terminate, or modify it.

9. Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the winning a prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Winners may receive a tax form, where applicable, provided by Sponsor as appropriate.

10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to the use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state or province for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration by Sponsor.

11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages.

12. Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall

otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

13. Winner’s List: For the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by April 15, 2026 to: American Med Spa Association LLC, Medical Spa Show 2026 Sweepstakes Winner’s List, 224 N. Desplaines St., Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60661.
