With more than 15 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Jamie Adkins is an accomplished operations and business development leader known for elevating brands, expanding partnerships and driving strategic growth. She transitioned from the nonprofit world—where she worked as an exotic animal trainer and diver—into the dynamic aesthetic space. As a key executive in the nation’s largest aesthetic GPO, she helped scale the organization from 250 to more than 3,500 member practices, strengthening its position as an industry leader. She has personally negotiated more than 100 manufacturer partnerships with some of the most influential companies in aesthetics, resulting in significant revenue growth, expanded member value and nationwide brand influence. Her expertise spans partnership development and management, contract negotiation, brand positioning, event strategy and public speaking.
