Dr. Kay Durairaj is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon, educator, researcher, and practitioner who leads Beauty By Dr. Kay, a Pasadena-based aesthetic practice. She is recognized for her clinical expertise in facial rejuvenation, injectable techniques, liquid rhinoplasty, and bioregenerative therapies. Dr. Kay lectures internationally on practical, evidence-based approaches that bridge aesthetic medicine with longevity science. She hosts the podcast “Beauty Bytes with Dr. Kay: Secrets of a Plastic Surgeon,” where she interviews clinicians, scientists, and biohackers about skincare, injectables, and advances in anti-aging medicine. Dr. Kay develops KD Skin, a clinician-driven product line focused on barrier repair and hydration, and she integrates topical and procedural therapies to optimize outcomes. Her research includes AI-assisted facial analysis and clinical trials on biostimulators, PDGF, and minimally invasive modalities. She serves on panels and organizes educational tracks at major meetings, emphasizing safety, measurable outcomes, and patient-centered protocols.
