Leslie Fletcher

Leslie Fletcher, MSN, NP-BC, has been an injector and educator since 2001, is one of only seven complication consultants, and is the most utilized faculty speaker for Allergan Aesthetics. She is a contributing author of Allergan's newest curricula, “Safety and Complication,” and one of only 10 practitioners approved to teach the course. Aside from Allergan, she owns her own training company, InjectAbility Institute. She holds the only patent for a dermal filler technique, ArqueDerma Artistic Restoration Lift. Fletcher has developed trademarked uses for Botox, such as MicroTox, NasalTox and TheraTox. Her latest trademarked technique, RegenAbility, teaches the ability of regenerative modalities to make an impact in restoring the skin’s health. Fletcher has had numerous publications in medical and nursing journals such as the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and Plastic Surgery Nursing, where she is also a contributing editor. She owns InjectAbility Clinic, voted one of Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in 2019 and 2021. She is in the top 0.03% in the country for Botox and Juvederm use.
