Olivia Salmen, FNP, BC, CPSN, is an advanced aesthetic nurse practitioner and board-certified plastic surgical nurse with 11 years of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. She is one of only 350 certified plastic surgical nurses in the U.S. and one of only 14 in the state of Tennessee. Salmen is an international trainer, speaker and KOL, and has served on multiple advisory boards for the launch of dermal fillers, neurotoxins, skincare and regenerative medicine around the world. She, alongside Dr. Michael Kane, launched Daxxify for the Australian market in 2025. She was nominated and won "Best Injector of Nashville" by the Nashville Scene and was published in its awards magazine. She has a passion for training other injectors on best injection techniques and on growing a business with social media. Salmen has cultivated marketing strategies and built a social media platform of more than 230,000 followers on Tiktok and 180,000 followers on Instagram through patient education on aesthetics and injectables.
