Josie Tenore

Josie L. Tenore, MD, is a board-certified family physician, integrative medicine specialist, and medical spa owner with more than three decades of clinical, academic and entrepreneurial experience. Dr. Tenore’s career uniquely bridges primary care, aesthetics, hormone optimization and longevity medicine. She is the owner and medical director of a successful medical spa in Illinois, where she specializes in aesthetic procedures, age management and integrative approaches to optimizing health span and quality of life. Her philosophy emphasizes the integration of evidence-based medicine, lifestyle optimization and aesthetic treatments to support patients in aging well—inside and out. An accomplished educator, Dr. Tenore has held academic appointments at the University of Toronto, Brown University and Northwestern University, and has served as assistant residency director at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. She is a published author in peer-reviewed medical journals and a frequent speaker to both physicians and patient audiences on healthy aging, regenerative medicine and aesthetics.
