Amber Leonard

Amber Leonard is the vice president of operations at SpaDerma, a leading Chicago medical spa with five locations and more than 140 employees. She began her career in medical aesthetics at SpaDerma and has progressed through multiple leadership roles spanning operations, human resources and business development. This hands-on experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the people, systems and processes required to successfully scale a multi-location med spa. In her role, Leonard oversees hiring strategy, team development, operational performance and compliance across departments. Prior to entering medical aesthetics, Amber worked in HR technology and sales, bringing a data-driven, systems-focused approach to talent strategy. She is passionate about identifying, developing and growing talent to build strong, sustainable teams within the aesthetics industry.
