Ashlee Ludwig

Ashlee Ludwig, LE, is a licensed esthetician specializing in laser technologies and advanced aesthetic treatments within medical settings. She has worked in medical spas, medical facilities, and plastic surgery centers, providing aesthetic treatments and supporting pre- and post-procedure patient care. She is also trained in permanent makeup, specializing in microblading. Ludwig is the co-founder of the award-winning James Street MedSpa and a former trainer for a national laser company. She also co-founded the Institute of Medical Aesthetics (IOMA), a private licensed school focused on advancing safe, evidence-based, and career-driven education in medical aesthetics, where she serves as director of education.
