Carla Pierson, DNP, MBA, RN, is an experienced injector who has been in the medical field for more than 12 years. She worked in a variety of critical care and trauma settings before entering into nursing leadership roles. She is a published author in American Nurse Journal on business system and processes, proving her expertise in the operations of business. Her passion is helping people grow and empowering nurses to have a better understanding of the business and professional opportunities that are out there beyond the acute care setting, as well as training nurses to safely and compliantly perform beautiful aesthetics.
