Cristina Herman, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a passionate educator and lifelong learner in the field of aesthetics. As a lead educator at The Confidence Lab, Herman is dedicated to empowering the next generation of aesthetic practitioners. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that education is the foundation for both skill development and confidence-building within the field.
Herman attributes her success to more than 100 training sessions, including private, advanced and novice courses. She draws on her own experiences and the challenges she faced when starting out in aesthetics, sharing those insights with newcomers to help guide their journey. Herman takes great pride in building a supportive community of providers, fostering growth, collaboration and shared learning.
