Greg Rutstein

Greg Rutstein specializes in the corporate world of healthcare and works on a wide range of strategic transactions including acquisitions, mergers, recapitalizations, divestitures and DSO/MSO structuring. Before Eskow Law Group, Rutstein worked in the financial services sector with a focus on the M&A and investment management practice areas. He also spent time at Bridgewater Associates and FRM (a division of Man Group) and worked as an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Milbank focusing on corporate law and M&A transactions. Rustein earned his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and his juris doctor from New York Law School.
