Heidi Thompson, FNP-BC, is an aesthetic injector at Flawless Aesthetics, where she combines advanced clinical expertise with a passion for enhancing natural beauty. With more than a decade of experience in health care and specialized training in cosmetic medicine, Thompson brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every treatment. Her philosophy centers on individualized care—listening closely to clients’ goals, educating them on safe and effective options, and collaboratively designing customized treatment plans that deliver beautiful, natural results. Thompson stays at the forefront of the industry through ongoing education in the latest techniques for neuromodulators, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation and wellness. She started Flawless Aesthetics in 2022 and now oversees daily operations for the multi-million-dollar medical spa, spanning two locations and employing 12 professionals.
