Leiza Dolghih

Elisaveta “Leiza” Dolghih, JD, is a board-certified labor and employment trial attorney and the managing partner of Dolghih Law Group PLLC in Dallas. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, Dolghih focuses on representing employers in high-stakes employment disputes, including discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour litigation, severance and contract disputes, and the enforcement or defense of non-compete, non-solicitation, and trade secret claims. She is known for a practical, courtroom-driven approach grounded in how cases actually unfold when litigation becomes unavoidable. Before founding Dolghih Law Group, she led a national firm’s trade secrets and non-compete practice, litigating complex employment matters across multiple jurisdictions. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Dallas and Super Lawyers for her work in labor and employment law and regularly speaks and writes on employment issues affecting physicians and medical spa owners.
