Madison Dini

Madison Dini is a Managing Partner in the Houston office of Michelman & Robinson, LLP, where she advises healthcare companies as outside general counsel on regulatory compliance, litigation risk, and operational strategy. A trial lawyer by training, Dini focuses on issues at the intersection of compliance, enforcement risk, and business operations, helping executives navigate complex regulatory environments while supporting sustainable growth. Dini also currently serves as General Counsel for Lynch Regenerative Medicine overseeing all legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions.
