With a proven track record in SBA and commercial lending, Marie Askew brings extensive experience, drive and enthusiasm to Live Oak Bank and her customers. By cultivating strong relationships with her clients and network, she has garnered a robust understanding in merger and acquisition, owner-occupied real estate and ground-up construction. During her career, she has successfully navigated complex loans and has been responsible for increasing SBA production nationwide. Through a passion for learning new environments and exploring diverse cultures, she spent eight years abroad, where she became fluent in Spanish and earned a B.A. in Global Studies.
