Marisa Amechi RN, CANS

Marisa Amechi, RN, CANS, has been an aesthetic nurse for 10 years. She currently works in a private dermatology practice and is a clinical application specialist with Lumenis. She also is an aesthetic trainer, medical spa consultant, podcaster, published author and speaker. She is co-founder of Skin of Color Aesthetics, an initiative and online community dedicated to providing education regarding safe and effective aesthetic treatments for skin of color. She has a podcast for clinicians who are new to the aesthetic industry titled Illuminating the Path.
