With over eight years of experience in product design, Palana specializes in translating complex clinical workflows into intuitive software that supports providers, staff, and growing practices. At Vagaro, he has played a key role in designing some of the platform’s newest med spa features, including advanced SOAP note systems, treatment documentation, and inventory integrations that streamline how aesthetic providers operate day-to-day. He brings a unique perspective to med spa technology through his close connection to the industry—his wife is a med spa owner—giving him firsthand insight into the operational challenges clinics face.
