Rana Kennelly, MSN, AGNP-C, BSc (Hons), CANS, is a proud Kiwi and founder of The Confidence Bar and The Confidence Lab in Chicago. She has spent over two decades in aesthetic medicine working at the intersection of science, artistry, and human connection, helping faces age well, keep their character, and reflect how people want to feel, not just how they want to look. Known for blending evidence-based practice with compassion, common sense, and honesty, Kennelly’s approach to aesthetics is grounded in ethics, thoughtful consultation, and long-term outcomes—not trends or over-treatment. She believes great results come from respecting individuality, anatomy, setting boundaries, and knowing when not to treat. As a national trainer and speaker for Galderma, Revance, and PALETTE Resources, Kennelly has had the privilege of educating thousands of practitioners across the U.S. Her greatest passion is mentoring practitioners entering aesthetics.
